Mission Statement

The mission of the Counseling and Career Center (CCC) is to support all students by encouraging and fostering academic, career, and personal/social development. Counselors respect all students as unique individuals and guide them in taking individual responsibility and making their own decisions for the present and future. Counselors work in partnership with students, parents / guardians, school personnel, and the community to achieve our department’s goals. Together Everyone Achieves More.

Confidentiality Statement

As stated in the Connecticut State Department of Education's The Connecticut Comprehensive School Counseling Program 2008, "the professional school counselor keeps information confidential unless disclosure is required to prevent clear and imminent danger to the student or others or when legal requirements demand that confidential information be revealed."
